Youth Catechism in American Sign Language

(ASL YouCat)

Have you ever experienced someone asking you a question about your faith and you didn’t know how to answer?  For the first time in history, the Catechism is being translated into ASL!  The Catechism tells us what Catholics belief and why we believe it.

NCOD is a proud sponsor of the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas Deaf Ministry who is spearheading this effort.  Watch the introduction video to learn more about how the ASL YouCat can be used in faith formation programs, RCIA, religious education, or just to help you learn your faith.

What does 99% mean to you?

Watch the video above  and find out what it really means.

Visit the ASL YouCat website to see all of the videos.  You can also subscribe to receive new videos when they are posted each Friday.
